Regulatory Considerations When Going Digital

July 2, 2018 by Guest Contributor

There’s no question today’s consumers have high expectations. As financial services companies wrestle with the laws and consumer demands, here are a few points to consider:

  • While digital delivery channels may be new, the underlying credit product remains the same.

Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source.
