Our eight employee resource groups (ERGs) are a cornerstone of workplace culture at Experian®, giving employees a space to celebrate and embrace their identities, affiliations and interests with their colleagues.
Asian American ERG
The Asian American ERG is committed to cultural education, community service and empowerment of Asian American employees providing resources to excel, connect, and engage.
ASPIRE
ASPIRE’s goal is to grow a supportive community that addresses mental health, advocates for those with disabilities and supports caregivers.
Juntos
Juntos supports all at Experian who are Hispanic Latino, acting as a source of pride for their culture, families and communities.
Karibu
Karibu’s mission is to enrich the lives of Experian’s African American and Black employees, by creating cultural awareness and working to ensure an inclusive and encouraging environment.
Military, Veterans and Patriots
The Military, Veterans and Patriots (MVP) ERG promotes Experian’s commitment to hiring veterans and honors those who have served through special ceremonies and functions.
Namaste
Namaste celebrates the lives of Experian’s employees from the Indian subcontinent through awareness and celebration sourced from their cultures, family traditions and community events.
Pride Network
The Pride Network affirms Experian’s support for LGBTQ+ employees. They aim to create a better tomorrow for LGBTQ+ employees through empowerment and inclusion, with the support of our allies.
Women in Experian
Women in Experian (WiE) focuses on championing and cultivating women leaders and giving back to our communities. They seek to inspire, empower, and elevate each female at Experian as they help women take the next step in their career journey.
