Directly measured wealth data and investment portfolio characteristics — includes average total household assets, assets by asset type, assets by PE ratio, assets by sector, assets by style box, assets with dividend yield, equities by IPO and more.

Premier Aggregated Credit StatisticsSM —  data set of a series of select Premier Attributes and Experian proprietary scores that represent the entire US consumer credit population. The statistics are derived as average values for more than 220 million credit-active consumers on Experian’s consumer credit file, aggregated at the ZIP+4 level. Elements include available credit, credit capacity, credit risk, and activity by debt type.

Geo-summarized ConsumerViewSM — data from hundreds of public and proprietary sources. Public sources include WhitePages™ listings, property records and others. Proprietary sources include product registration, self-reported survey responses and mail order transactions. Data types include demographics (e.g., occupation, education), behavioral/lifestyle (activities, contributors), census, realty and life events (new movers, new homebuyers).

Auto Market StatisticsSM — a leading source for aggregated consumer automobile information that is created using Experian’s National Vehicle Database. It contains over 300 attributes and factor codes that provide insight related to automobile purchase behaviors and ownership at the ZIP+4 level. Elements include statistics related to vehicle ownership, age, price and class.

  • Flexibility to meet evolving regulatory requirements — Experian’s proprietary ZIP+4 roll-up algorithm optimizes combinations of ZIP+4s in order to preserve as much granularity in the data as possible while meeting client-specified minimum number of household aggregation requirements (4 households minimum) to maintain anonymity.  Wealth Insight Report also provides modelers with access to hundreds of different consumer credit, marketing and automotive data fields for use as potential explanatory variables.
