Client Case Study: Yale New Haven Health brings a consumer-focused price transparency strategy to reality

Yale New Haven Health (YNHH) established a goal to elevate the patient financial experience by compassionately educating patients about the finances surrounding their care, and educating staff on the tools and methods for delivering that message.
