What is the Pull Quote block?
The Pull Quote block allows you to emphasize a piece of text and break up content on a post or page.

Block anatomy

There are two main fields where you can add content in the Pull Quote block:
- Quote: The main text that features in the pull quote.
- Citation: The smaller text that appears under the quote with the attribution.
NOTE: Both fields are optional, but it’s recommended to add text to at least one of the fields or it will display empty.
Block customization
Click on the Pull Quote to display its Block Toolbar.

Here’s what you can customize through the Block Toolbar:

Block alignment
Set the width and alignment for the entire pull quote.

Text alignment
Set the alignment of the text within the pull quote.

Text formatting
Add bold, italics, highlight, inline images and other formatting to the Pull Quote.

Border color
Select the color of the horizontal lines that appear above and below the pull quote.
