Why is this important?

It is important to maintain clear, consistent, and useful metadata for videos stored within Brightcove to help organize the content, identify provenance and ownership of content, as well as potentially protect confidential user, client, and Experian corporate information.

Consistent usage of metadata will help marketers better find, manage, and organize their video content, and will also provide a better user experience for those who are consuming video content within Brightcove or on any of Experian’s digital properties. It is also vital that any Experian content that is being loaded into any content management system (CMS) including Brightcove follows Experian’s existing data classification and security protocols and policies to protect both Experian and client data.

Text legacy

Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source.
