The 2014 Experian Marketing Services Client Summit wrapped up in Las Vegas a few short weeks ago but the content lives on via playbacks on the live stream page. Nearly 1,000 people gathered in The Cosmopolitan Hotel’s ballroom over two days to hear from master marketers who excel in various industries including retail, sports and entertainment.
Presentations from top marketers at brands like Zappos, Comedy Central and GameStop shared interesting stories about their challenges – and successes – when it comes to connecting and engaging with customers. Also fascinating were main stage sessions featuring US Soccer goal keeper (and World Cup “hero”) Tim Howard, hip-hop icon Jermaine Dupri and Sophia Amoruso, founder of the eCommerce site Nasty Gal and author of #GIRLBOSS. The theme of this year’s Client Summit was “Storytellers” and those who took the stage talked about the need to be highly authentic when communicating and connecting with customers, fans and others. You can visit the live stream page to see the speakers as well as an interesting demonstration of Experian Marketing Services’ new Marketing Suite platform.
