The Experian Smart Money™ Digital Savings Account is a digital high-yield savings account (HYSA) designed to help you grow your savings online and from your phone. You won’t have a physical bank but can make transfers and access your account on the go. Opening an account takes about a few minutes, and there’s no minimum amount required to open it. Access to Experian Smart Money™ Digital Savings Account is included with an Experian Money Plus membership.

When you submit a cancellation request, we’ll ask for your account info, like your full name, billing address, phone number and the last 4 digits of your billing card. Then, we’ll contact your provider to cancel your subscription.

It typically takes 3–7 business days for us to cancel a subscription for you. As soon as we have results, we’ll send you an email and update the info on your main subscription cancellation page. We can also send you text notifications if you opt in.
