If you believe that information in your personal credit report is inaccurate or incomplete, you may log on to stage.expn.wp.experiancs.com/disputes, or call the number that displays at the top of each page of your personal credit report to request an investigation. You may request the company name, address, and telephone number of anyone contacted during the investigation. After the investigation, if you believe a law regulating consumer credit reporting has been violated, and you are a Maryland resident, your Commissioner of Financial Regulation is Antonio Salazar. In the event that you wish to file a complaint, please write or call the Office of the Commissioner of Financial Regulation, Complaint Unit, 500 N. Calvert Street, Suite 402, Baltimore, MD 21202; the telephone number is 1 410 230 6097. In addition to the rights above, you are entitled to request a copy of your credit report free of charge, one time within a twelve-month period, and for $5.25 each time thereafter.
