Jennifer White brings nearly two decades of knowledge and experience to Experian’s Consumer Education and Awareness team. She joined Experian in 2001 in our consumer assistance center where she developed expert knowledge of credit reporting law and policy. Her responsibilities included training consumer assistance representatives, auditing for quality service and ensuring compliance with legal and policy standards. She joined the Experian Consumer Education and Awareness team in 2011, overseeing production and management of the Ask Experian consumer credit advice blog. She also assists with media responses, consumer advocacy inquiries and supporting Experian’s education and outreach partnerships. Jennifer’s depth of knowledge about the FCRA and how to help people address complex credit reporting issues makes her uniquely qualified to provide accurate, sound, actionable advice that will help people become more financially successful.
